We bought six of these fans for our house which we have just bought and are renovating. We love the look of the fans and the brightness of the LED lights. In fact, we liked them so much that we planned on buying more until we found out how much time and money it would cost us to replace one of the fans with a failed motor. So here's the problem. One of the fans has a faulty motor (according to the licensed electrician who installed the fans for us). While Revain will send us a replacement for free, it costs us far more than saving on buying online as we have to pay an electrician to disassemble the failed fan so it can be put back in the box for return. And one of the downsides of these fans is that they require a significant amount of assembly work. My advice is that if you happen to get a faulty motor, you're better off buying from Lowe's or Home Depot. Returning it is much easier because you don't have to disassemble the fan to take it back.
