Review on 🌳 5D Diamond Painting Kit: Full Drill Set for Adults or Kids - Purple Tree Style by Barbara Simmons

This is my first attempt at diamond art. I don't know why they call it a Diamond Painting Kit as it doesn't include a painting! The part itself is smaller than I expected. When I saw the measurements, I thought in inches, not centimeters. I know it says "cm" and not "inch" but at 72 I get confused sometimes! In inches this is about 15 x 15. As a beginner I learned a lot. First off, you need a kit to get started with this diamond work properly. You need small plastic containers to store your "diamonds". They, in turn, need labels so you know what they are on the actual artwork. Although the diamonds are numbered from one to twenty or more, these are not the same numbers as shown in the picture. There is a note on the picture explaining what the symbol on the picture is. For example, some numbers have pi symbols while others have letters. You'll also need something to apply the diamonds to. In the kit you have several applicators with points from one to five. You can apply up to five diamonds at a time in this way. This will save you a lot of time! There are small sticky squares that you use to stick the diamonds on it. Once they are in the painting, use the roller to attach them to it. I forgot to mention that there is a foil over the artwork that you need to remove before you can start work. If I hadn't read about diamond painting, I wouldn't have realized that I need so much more than just a kit to get started. To work. After receiving the kit, I spent a good hour putting the diamonds in their little sealed containers and labeling them. Now I'm ready to paint with diamonds and I can't wait to try it.
