Poor quality: my feedback
The design of this piece was attractive. This piece would have been lovely to embellish a flat surface on a wood piece. The biggest problem was the quality of the item. The "rubber wood" or resin used to make the piece is fibrous. As a result the edges appeared "frayed"-not giving a smooth appearance at all. The design is so intricate, that the raw edges made it unattractive and unusable. I have purchased items from Ekena made with the foam substance. They are lovely and easy to paint, but are definitely thicker.

- The intricate design may collect dust and grime easily, making maintenance and cleaning more difficult in the long run
