Falls apart when hot or for some other reason

The light was great and while I don't know exactly what happened yesterday that caused it to fall apart I think so with almost 100 degree weather was something. To do this I tried to put it back together with tape and it fell apart again. You can literally touch it and it will crumble. I have this light on all the time and although they are LED lights they generate a lot of heat which affects the quality of the product over time, even if you don't use it all the time this could also be a problem on the road.
