[Note: I have a Dell e515dw printer.] So far so good. I was a bit hesitant considering some of the negative reviews. But I decided I would try these anyway. I will share my thoughts on some of the issues mentioned in other reviews. For those complaining that this toner is too small, you have to remove the cartridge from both the cradle and the drawer (not sure of the technical term - you're pulling the cartridge out). cartridge holder from the drawer, and then remove the cartridge from the holder. For those complaining about the printer not printing with any coating - I had this problem initially too. I changed the toner without first selecting "Replace Toner" (or something etc.) in the printer menu options. After selecting that menu option, opening the toner drawer again, closing it, etc., the pages come out fine printed.Are the blacks deep, even and full? in other reviews. But to be honest I still don't print big black patterns. I mainly print text documents and put the printer in eco mode to save ink. So me coping fine with this "problem" update this review if there are any problems or if it dies for me etc etc etc. Other than that let's assume I'm happy with the product!
