Review on Backtrace by Craig Rossman

The product allows me to track down issues across our entire stack which has really helped us identify potential problems earlier than we would have without it! There isn't anything I dislike about backtrack at all honestly - very easy for anyone who knows how computers work or what code does (which most people do). We've used their service off an enterprise license but they're not expensive enough so there's no real downside other then paying them more money if you can afford it. It solves my biggest problem with tracking bugs by making sure everything from networking through security are covered under one umbrella/toolset instead doing each separately like before.
