The touch control true wireless earbuds aren't my favorite but for the price and great sound quality they're not bad! The last pair of true wireless headphones I owned were the Jlab Air Executives, so my review here will include comparisons between the two. The Jlabs I had are $69, but I bought them for $35 on the Black Friday sale. I bought these Prtukit headphones for just under $31 with a $8 discount. I found the sound quality to be significantly better than my old Jlabs for both audio and phone calls. I'm not sure how the audio quality is for the people I'm speaking to, but I haven't had any complaints so far, so I'm assuming the mic is working well enough to be heard on the other line. They don't have built-in equalizer audio settings like Jlabs, but I don't really care and they sound amazing anyway. What I like best about Prtukits compared to Jlabs is that I can use any headphone. by himself, while other charges in his case. On Jlabs, if I just want to use one earbud, it can only be the right one, and if I just want to use the left one, the right one can't load into the case or the left one doesn't work. I loved the earbuds because I thought they would help keep the earbuds from falling out of my ears as this was an issue I had with my Jlabs that didn't have earbuds. However, the earbuds don't offer the security I would like and it's difficult to fit them in a way that actually stays behind my ear. They're fine if I just wear them at home without glasses or just with glasses, but they get in the way when I go to work with glasses, sunglasses and a mask. There's just too much going on around my ears. This probably isn't a common problem people have, but I thought I'd mention it in case someone else has an issue with "too many things around my ears" like I did. Otherwise they are mostly comfortable. The charging case for her is bigger than I would like. It's like having a whole bar of soap in your pocket. Not a fan of that. Also a bit difficult to open. The Jlab Air Executives had a much smaller case, but they also didn't have earbuds, which had to be considered when designing a charging case. The jlab case was also easier to open, had a magnetic closure that could be opened with one hand, and also had an integrated USB charging cable, which was very handy. You have a separate charging cable. Not critical, but worth mentioning for convenience. I'm usually not a fan of touch controls because I find them annoying. In both prtukits and my old jlabs, it's too easy to get your headphones to do a lot of things I don't want when I'm trying to do something else. When I want to pause the music or skip a song, the headphones want to crank the volume up and I have to keep hearing the maximum volume beep or "Max Volume" until I finally get it right. Because of this, I usually only use the media controls on the device my headphones are connected to. Now I haven't had them long enough to know if this would be an issue for the Prtukits, but the reason I stopped using my Jlab Air Heads was because the right earbud started after a few months to skip songs without my touch. to skip songs and also turned the volume up by itself and I repeatedly heard the beep at max volume when trying to listen to music. . SUPER annoying and can't be fixed. Over time it got progressively worse and more persistent rendering them unusable and eventually the touch function stopped working at all. I'll have to use Prtukits longer and see if that happens, but I really hope it doesn't. All in all, these are pretty good headphones.
