We used these for Hurrican Eta - Power Outage for 5 days. These provided excellent lighting in our home. We had two brands and this one is superior.PROS*Bright Light*Light can be opened various distances to create different levels of lighting*Lantern has a magnet on the bottom. It is so strong it will hold the lantern sideways on the side of a vehicle, refrigerator, trailer and so forth*Easy to Open/Close*Rechargeable or Uses AA Batteries*Flashing Red Light for Emergencies (great to keep in car for emergencies)CONS*A selectable brightness so the lantern would last longer. A nightlight setting would be great. The battery would last significantly longer with this type of feature.
