I recently purchased this multifunctional shredder and it has become my go-to in the kitchen .Through trial and error I found that it works best with harder vegetables, like carrots and beets. The stainless steel grater blades are durable and sharp, making it easy to quickly prep my ingredients. The compact design makes it easy TO store and it`s a great addition to any Home and Kitchen. The only downside is that it can be a bit tricky to clean in between the blades. Overall, I highly recommend this gadget for any cooking enthusiast..
