Review on Envisionable by Jared Aguilar

The ability to track goals that are set by my team members, as well being able to see our progress towards these targets is great! Being an active participant in this system has enabled me to be more engaged with all of those around myself because it helps us achieve things together rather than separately or individually at times when I am not directly involved such.

This can sometimes feel restrictive but if you've got good leadership over your project then there's nothing wrong really about having people report back to everyone who needs them so they know what their role should continue to include/is no longer needed etc. It does help keep everybody aware of whats going right (or possibly needing improvement) throughout any given week without having too many meetings which would just take up time where we could have been getting work done instead. We're currently looking into using some other apps within Evernote alongside ENVisionables integration though.
