The lock is great quality, the rubber protecting the metal is the only downside to the lock itself. The instruction is pretty clear but I've ordered two packs of locks and am went to change the combination on the first lock, did it on a sheet of paper and that's it, but the lock won't open. I was nervous on the second, but I made it. Now I have a useless lock. It's easy to use, but I just don't understand how I can get one right and the other just locked up like that. It doesn't make sense but my trip is Sunday and one is enough so I'm not worried just messing around I lost a lock. I keep trying different combinations based on the algorithm, so leave the first number the same while playing around with the other two and vice versa, but it just doesn't work.
