I had no idea how to use this program.
I tried and it was too difficult to understand. I would suggest that they need to make it easier to use and easier to learn. If they want to expand and get more people using this tool, they should make it easier to use and understand. The other thing is, if you go into an account that already has a person signed up, it says "you're logged in" even though you don't know how to log in. It didn't say anything about signing up when I went to create an account. You should tell them to explain how to sign up so that people don't waste their time.

- When you add new data sets, you cannot import or upload files directly to your own server (this is why you need to pay $30/month).
