Review on 🧼 Wright's Copper & Brass Polish Cream - 8 Ounce (2 Pack) - Gentle Tarnish Removal & Cleaning Without Scratching by Matt Kovacevic

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The best copper polish you can find. I've been using it for many years.

I have reviewed this product before, but this review awards an absolute five stars for the good functioning, but has a different purpose. I noticed one and two star reviews saying the glass was only half full. Customers complain that they paid for eight ounces and only got half a can. The two photos for this review show the weight of an empty can and a new can. Yes, the glass is only half full, but it weighs 8 ounces (slightly less). The product weighs 8 ounces as written; Just expect the glass you receive to be about half full. However, this is by far the best copper cleaner/polish I have ever used. I have found that if the copper piece is varnished, Wright's Copper Cream will not remove the varnish, so it will not polish the copper underneath the varnish. I have also found that when an item like a copper bottomed saucepan is washed in the dishwasher the discoloration seems to harden and more effort is required to remove the discoloration. Tip: Hand wash pots and polish with Wrights. I've had success using it on copper, but have found that it also removes stains from stainless steel pans. My Revere merchandise is almost 30 years old and apart from a few small dents it looks like new. That's because of Wright's copper cream. Short summary: This is good stuff, very good stuff. If you're worried about the amount you're getting, weigh them. The glass will not be full, but the weight will be correct.
