This is an amazing addition to the kitchen! The turkey was cooked perfectly in record time. I think there is a caveat to cooking turkey. I have worked with 12.5 birds and they fit perfectly and were so easy to get in and out of the tray. The top handle has a great design! It's also easy to slide the bird onto the plate and turn it right side up! So that the breast is juicy. Very few drops on the bottom of the pan after cooking. All of them soaked in the bird! It's also very easy to clean if you put it in hot soapy water right away. I do not recommend letting the residue dry on the device. But I also like it when everything dissolves quickly!
