Review on Innova 3640 Advanced Fuel Injection Pressure Tester by Justin Hill

This is a good gauge with an easy to read face. It connects easily to the GM fuel rail valve with no leaks. This helped me locate the no start condition in my truck. At first I thought it was the fuel pump but as soon as I hooked up the gauge I saw that it had good fuel pressure that didn't drop when the pump stopped working. Then I tried starting with a pressurized fuel rail (but the relay came out so the pump didn't work). When the fuel pressure didn't drop when trying to start the engine, I could tell that the injectors weren't working. I put that down to a broken wire in the injector wiring harness. If I didn't have this sensor I would unnecessarily buy a fuel pump and possibly a computer or a set of injectors.
