We've had it for a few months now and I have to say this product is very poor cheap stuff but kind of pricey for no reason. We put it together properly and tightened all the parts, but the wheels go to the point where the baby is rocking back and forth like a hammock. So if the baby has a little startle reflex or is flapping its feet, this thing will just wake them up with the swaying and the horrible noise it makes. Just awful. There's no way to remove the wheels, and they don't even lock properly, but it looks like even if you remove the thing, it's such poor hardware that it seems like it'll wobble no matter what happened. I would say -100 stars for durability. And that's really all you need when the baby is sleeping and moving once strong enough is basically useless. You don't want a rocking cradle to be noisy and wake them up all the time. So now we have the option of either buying another one or putting it on my bed in my room, which I don't really want to do. It's like I'd like to get my kid out of here because I want to, not because it's not meant to last. The baby is 4 months old by the way, so not that big yet.
