Good set for the money. Many would like you to believe that this is some kind of junk compared to the overpriced doorbell modified by "real artists". And that's all that's at the heart of any tattoo machine - a doorbell. I've found that a REAL artist will produce amazing results with whatever you give them. Do not believe me? look for prison tattoos, especially Russian ones. They will blow your mind and they were all made with just the tools at hand and a desire to create something amazing. Some then argue that "the uneducated, unskilled people who buy this set spread diseases and do horrible jobs and blah blah blah." Well guess what Bruno, they would be crappy with all the "professional" equipment been. No amount of money spent will NEVER buy you the talent and patience needed to create something unique. It just pisses me off how arrogant some people are when it comes to tattoos. Some of the greatest work ever done involved no machine at all. IDK seems funny how some "artists" have taken these entry-level machines apart, but these are the same guys using pre-made stencils and working by hand. I've been creating ORIGINAL art for over 30 years and trust me I've seen great work born from nothing and horrific work born from the 'professionals'. (And believe me, some of these so-called professionals can't draw and will be lost without tracing and stencilling. Not all, but some for sure.) I think some of these "artists" have Apple Syndrome. You know, unless you're spending insane amounts of money on stock parts, you've got junk. lol The only thing I can fault about this kit is the ink. In short, if you are a real artist, get this kit. Just use your head and don't listen to some of these elites. Give me a guitar string, toothbrush, pen, DC motor and ribbon and I will build you a machine that produces beautiful tattoos, GUARANTEED!
