The product deforms on first use. Trays are bent in the middle. 8 hours at 135 to dehydrate some apples. Called customer service but the only option offered was to pay 29.95 + shipping and handling to buy a new one. No exchange. There is no explanation as to why the product failed. The dried fruit came out great, but it's a pity to buy a product that deforms after the first use.
