I have ordered 2 of these rollers. They were the only ones I could find that matched my trail. Both installed. After opening and closing the traverse once, the nylon guide broke in half. I was able to use one of my old rollers and asked for a replacement. If you have the choice to upgrade to a more durable reel, do so. If you're like me and need this size for your track, good luck. We recommend lubricating the nylon before installation. This most likely will not prevent breakage, but will allow them to pass more easily. It should be added that Revain replaced the defective part quickly and easily.
