Very light, suitable for phones and small tablets.
It is very well made but quite light. Ideal for attaching a phone or small tablet. It works well, feels stable and solid when the legs are extended, but it's definitely not a professional tripod mount. This is good value for money. I would not mount anything heavy or expensive on this tripod.
