Comes with a strong chemical smell
I've had similar baskets over the years and while I think this basket will be more durable the horrible chemical smell that came with it makes me sick. In fact, the smell is so strong that I now keep it in the bathroom, with the lid closed, with the window wide open to ventilate. We keep the bathroom door closed until the bad smell hopefully dissipates and the whole bathroom stinks so badly that we can hardly get in. So far 2 days have passed with little improvement in the chemical odor. I'm not sure I want to keep it in my house. for all.
