I bought three of these toilets to replace the ugly seats that previous tenants left in the house we are renting. They are amazing! This toilet seat and lid are very well made and use twist locks that allow you to periodically remove them from the bottom of the toilet for easy and efficient cleaning. The installation is very easy. Simply screw in the anchor bolts and tighten, then place the toilet seat on the bolts and push all the way down. Close the twist locks and the seat is securely fastened. When it's time to clean the bowl, seat and lid, simply undo the twist locks, remove the seat and lid from the studs and reinstall after cleaning. The lid and seat fit together perfectly. on round toilets and our color combination was perfect. These are really great toilet seats at an extremely affordable price. You clearly rate me FIVE STARS and my honest and VERY warm recommendation.
