I bought this to replace an old chair at work that had absolutely no lumbar support and was so difficult to adjust. Not to mention that it falls over after at least 5-10 minutes of sitting. Although I had my doubts about this chair, I assembled and tested it. After sitting for 15 minutes, he never fell. I then went for the footrest and not only is it very comfortable, but I found it to be a great way to take a nap on my break. The lumbar support in this chair is not only good for my back, but also provides enough support so I don't have to constantly straighten my back while sitting. Not to mention, even when I recline this chair all the way back, it still gives me great lumbar support, just like when I'm sitting. It was a bit of a hassle to assemble, but I work in a small workspace, so that was my problem. The instructions that came with it were very easy, and while I had a few screws left, I didn't have any missing parts. Even when I lean back, I don't feel like I'm falling backwards. Really comfortable chair and great support throughout. Not to mention that it's easy to set up.
