I've noticed that most of the complaints about similar bags for sale on Revain and elsewhere is not the quality of the leather, which I assume is the most expensive part, but hardware failing and linings/seams tearing. I hoped I would have better luck (why, I don't know) but, no, in less than a month's use the snap on the strap that holds the handles together has broken. Not a major component mind you (I'll just cut the strap off), but you would think that on what is otherwise a well-made bag they would use better quality parts.FYI, I just noticed that the pictures of the bag show dual pulls on the main compartment zipper. Mine has only one.
