First of all, I'm annoyed that it doesn't emphasize that it needs to be cleaned THOROUGHLY after each use, and in order for it to work at all you have to clean it very thoroughly. Not only that, I'd have to pump the trigger instead of just holding it because it doesn't spray all the time and I can't clean it more thoroughly than I already do... And I've cleaned it thoroughly after every use. I love the idea of airbrush makeup but this product is terrible. And not only did I get a disconnected number when I tried to call support, I got live chat and found someone wanting to argue with me. Yes, I'm the most unlikely person on earth who would want a confrontation about anything, but this person didn't understand me or even tried to help me. S/he kept repeating the need to clean it thoroughly. Not only did I know it, I recognized it after they said it the first time, so after the 20th time they said it, it was the same. It looks like it's well made, I thought I'd get a good product to work with, but it's not. I don't care how much I cleaned it inside and out, it still didn't work like it should. And then it started making noises like it was clogged and I don't know of any other way to clean it more thoroughly than I did/have. I'm so glad I didn't purchase it through the website and got stuck on an automated order that would have taken me months to cancel. And in the end the customer service was so bad and I was very generous... This person was rude and didn't want to answer any questions, they just kept repeating the same thing that they had to clean it every time. . And like I said, I got it the first time, and that's what I was already doing. Needless to say they didn't help so I'm returning them and trying another brand. I don't care if I have to spend four times as much, anything is better than this product. And I'm not that picky. I think some of you will really understand me and where I'm from. Don't waste your money and time trying to get this thing to work. And I didn't even mention that the coloring is far off. The result is a very poor self tan. If it works 1 out of 15 times. Make sure it was noted that it was cleaned very thoroughly every 15+ or - times. I tried all the skin tones/colors to see if I was clearly on the wrong side of ordering this brand. Much luck! I'm trying another Amazon bestseller and will be back to leave a review just to make sure I can't go wrong with this manufacturer. Stay healthy and many prayers to all!
