Review on 🥤 Contigo Auto Close Shake and Go Tumbler, 20 Ounce, Clear Monaco by Kirk Womack

Although both mugs are broken I can still use them. Hence 3 stars instead of 1. The little flap that keeps it closed so you can shake it is attached to the thinnest plastic you can imagine. What is that thin plastic, medium tension metal pin and spring, and if you leave the straw inside for a while, it will strain this thin plastic, eventually it will break. Here's my story: I bought one and within a week the little latch inside broke. I immediately called Revain and they replaced it free of charge, gave me one day delivery time and I received it in 18 hours. I thought maybe I was too rude with the first one, or it was a defect, or I just wasn't careful enough and didn't want to give a bad review as Revane immediately sent another one. They also told me to keep the first one and use it when I can, which is what I can and do. I just plug the hole with my finger and shake. Spring. The second lasted about 2 weeks. I was very careful, inserting the straw very slowly and carefully and leaving it in the office for a maximum of 45 minutes while sipping iced coffee. After I finished and it wasn't on the table for 10 minutes, I found that the valve was at the bottom of the cup. I didn't bother to call Revane again because they would probably all collapse. And I got 2 broken cups for the price of 1. I didn't want to appear like I was using the system. Definitely not going to buy it again as I would like it with a working valve. I would advise you to be prepared for it to break eventually.
