Review on ACDSee by Joshua Morales

My problem with this product is that they don't give any examples or tutorials of how to use their products. When you sign up for their trial you get a welcome email with the link to a webinar where you learn how to use their products. So you click on the link to watch the webinar and the screen goes black and says "You must be logged in" or something similar. You log in and it says "There was an error logging you in." You try again and it does the same thing. I finally gave up and tried another trial. Their trial page says "Try our free 30-day Trial!" I thought this meant you could cancel the trial at anytime during the 30 days. It didn't seem to be the case. After a few hours of being stuck on that page, I finally gave up and bought the full version. The first thing I did was search their website for help. I went to the forums and found a topic that said "I'm getting a login error".
