Saying I have very sensitive teeth means saying nothing. I have had TWO poorly performed braces procedures in the past and the enamel on my teeth has almost disappeared. Over the years I have tried many over the counter products (including whitening strips) as well as homemade recipes (charcoal) to whiten my teeth and get rid of a small stain on my front tooth and they have either been very painful or just not effective. And then I came across iSmile and so far it's been a great success - the stain on the front tooth has GONE. I'm on my second treatment and the sensitivity is minimal. I love that the treatment includes a desensitizing gel as it really makes a difference. By the way, I also only use Sensodyne twice a day - every day to improve my overall sensitivity and I'm sure it also helps with my tolerance of the treatment. If you can understand, I recommend doing the treatment for 10 minutes the first few times (maybe even the first shot) and then trying to increase the second to 15 minutes and so on.
