I recently made a number of purchases from the online store run by Ferrtye, and I have to admit that, all in all, I was quite dissatisfied with the shopping experience. The delivery was late, and the customer support was unhelpful and unresponsive throughout the entire process. When I did eventually get my order, I discovered that the products' quality did not meet my expectations. The garments did not look at all like the photographs that were displayed on the website, and the stitching was inconsistent. The fact that some of the things even had stains on them was a huge letdown. To make matters even more difficult, the sizes were absolutely incorrect. The shoes were uncomfortably tight and of poor quality, and the clothes were either too large or too small for the wearer. The procedure of returning the items was difficult, and the website did a poor job of explaining what needed to be done. In general, Ferrtye is not a store that I would recommend to anyone searching for high-quality apparel and accoutrements. A frustrating and disheartening shopping experience is the result of poor customer service, low-quality items, and sizing problems. In the future, I have high hopes that Ferrtye will be able to enhance both the quality of their products and the level of service they provide to customers, which will ultimately result in a more satisfying purchasing experience for those customers.
