I want to love this bag! It's stylish, comfortable, the perfect size and looks. The colors are great too! Big 'but': they use the *worst* zippers. The zippers are cheap, Don't hold together and make this beautiful bag completely useless!The point of a big bag is that more can fit in. My bag is far from overstuffed.But it is.However, the zipper breaks every time about a year ago.When the zipper started to unravel after 2 months, I suffered and tried to compensate in other ways (like wearing a scarf to cover my contents) because I LOVED this bag!I thought it must be a mistake so I reluctantly shipped the bag a month ago and spent $ to buy another one.(The first bag was in perfect condition if not the broken zipper.) No br oh and relaxed all the time. I am very frustrated and frustrated with the wasted money! These would be fantastic bags if it weren't for a BIG problem! A big bag is useless if you can't carry anything in it and it keeps breaking! It's annoying! Please start with higher quality zippers! I'm so pissed! :( Do not buy!
