Review on Mirabel's Marketing Manager by Daniel Mandal

I like that it gives us an easy way of keeping track in our own business! The program seems very user friendly for beginners who are new at using this kind of system (but not limited)! There could be better training before implementation which would make things easier when you start working your first day as well!! We have been able to customize everything we need from one place so now all communications go through there making life much simpler. I love how easy it was for me to learn this platform. They have so many different ways to use it as well! The customer service department at Mirabels are always very helpful. Their account managers are knowledgeable about their products and give great advise when needed. There could be some better options out there but this one works just fine. For our needs we are able to customize our reports easily which helps us manage all of our accounts. We can send emails or text messages via the system.
