I've only used my baking mats a few times but they are GREAT! Perfect thickness, easy cleaning, no discoloration (even from accidentally burning the batch). They perform better than the old red silicone mats from "KitchenAid" or Target, which felt rubbery and soaked up the odors/oils of all previous cooking sessions, but maybe it's too early in the game to tell. Additional note: The surface is slightly sticky, which is different than most silicone mats of the past, but I prefer that to the "rubber tube" feel of older mats.
