I like that it's easy to use, has all of my contacts in one place (even if they are no longer with me), is free for up until 100 users! The only downside we have found so far was transferring our data over from another CRM which meant some things were missing but nothing major or too hard/time consuming when you're already looking at your day-to-day tasks anyway - hence why this system makes sense :) We've been using Zoho mainly as an email address book / contact manager rather than anything else though; haven't really used any other features yet :). The ease of use, ability to do multiple projects in one go, and the ability to save time by not having to spend hours trying to get things done! I dislike that it can be quite slow at times when you are working with large files or large folders; however, this is something we have been able to overcome through our training and experience. It's worth taking some classes so you know how to best utilize all its features. You will learn many ways to streamline your processes which saves precious time.
