Good stuff. It holds 144 DVDs/168 Blu-rays and looks pretty solid when built right. The rotating base feels very smooth. It's very pretty and doesn't look cheap. However, here are some suggestions: 1. Don't plan to do it quickly - give it time. The instructions are correct but there is a lot of detail and it can feel a bit overwhelming.2. When assembling I listened to the previous review and used wood glue to connect each dowel. I also applied a dab of wood glue between all of the wood surfaces to be joined. This is because this stand is made from chipboard and will likely loosen and fall apart over time. After using the glue, I weighed the pieces and let them dry. Now it feels very solid. You will most likely need to drill 2 small holes for some screws. So don't be surprised when you get to this part.4. When you set this up it really needs to be on a flat level surface or gravity isn't your friend. I made a stand which I leveled and adjusted the base of the unit to a 12" x 12" tile and it is sturdy and should last a long time. I am happy with the purchase and would recommend it to anyone who needs a way to store and display DVDs.
