This really is great value for money. With this item I can massage my shoulders, back, lower back, spine and neck. It also has a built-in heating option. I feel so relaxed and it helps me so much to get rid of my sore muscles with intense exercise. The carpet is very soft and comfortable. I sleep on it during a massage session. The ankles are embedded under this mat, which provide the massage. If these joints were softer, it would be better to sleep on them. However, it is very convenient.
