I am 5'10" - 128lbs and it's almost impossible for me to find one piece suits or leotards that are long enough in girth. I took a chance on a medium based on the other reviews and the girth is a bit short, but not enough to make it uncomfortable; I just have to live with a slightly lower neckline or slightly higher leg line which is not a deal-breaker for me. It's a little narrow in the rear (but it doesn't ride up) so if you have wider hips and/or backside, it may not provide a lot of coverage. The sleeves are nice and long, long enough even for me which is another rare find. The cup padding looks nice and can move a bit manually to whatever flatters your shape but doesn't seem to shift unless you purposely readjust it so you won't end up uneven on top There is additional lining on the front half of the suit for a nice smooth tummy; I may be 128 now but that's after losing 75lbs so I have some extra skin around the belly button. Overall, I'm happy with the suit.
