My previous mouse was an A4Tech X7, which I used for a total of three years before purchasing this one. The first thing that I did not like was that it was awkward for me to hold the mouse in the same way that I had been holding it in the past, which was with my thumb and ring finger. Everything will be alright as long as you grip the mouse with your little finger. Second, it was discovered that the laser pointer on this mouse had a less accurate positioning accuracy than the optical pointer on the X7. Even after increasing the pace at which the cursor moves in Windows, I am still unable to locate the links that are on the sites. By moving the pointer across different surfaces, the pace at which it moves changes as well. On the table, for instance, the mouse moves at the same pace that it does on the oilcloth, while on the oilcloth, it goes considerably more slowly. The previous mice did not exhibit this behavior at all. The third issue is that the laser is not located in the exact middle of the mouse. The conclusion that can be drawn from this is that if you move your hand in a circular motion, the pointer will draw an ellipse that is inclined. You will need to adapt to performing the typical motions in a manner that is different from how you are used to executing them. Because the batteries are located at the bottom of the mouse, the center of gravity shifts downward, making it awkward to move one's hand across the table while using the mouse. In the past, I was able to generally carry the mouse by merely holding it with the tips of my fingers; however, now, despite the fact that the X7 is a weighted mouse, it has a tendency to roll over when I lift it off the table. You will need to put in additional effort in order to keep the mouse. The fifth problem is the awkward middle button and the scroll. The scroll is choppy, and the middle button is quite stiff and makes a loud clicking sound when it is pressed. When you used to be able to quickly shut and open tabs in the browser by using the middle mouse button, you may now find that performing these operations is quite irritating. I was looking for a wireless mouse because I thought it would be easier to use, but all I got was trouble. After using it for a week, I just couldn't get used to it, so I went back to the tried-and-true method.
