Review on Zoeller 30 0181 Plastic Check Valve by Isaac Maze

It was only installed about 2 months but I was amazed at the quality. DO NOT BUY CHECK VALVES AT A DIY DEALER. I've only looked at rubber or plastic hoses with a rubber flap as a valve. My husband had mud pumps to rent (once a year). I did a little research and found that the check valve is very important. It is a metal valve and very durable. The clips are commercial quality as is the entire product. I also bought a zoeller drain pump because I have had the same zoeller in my underground for almost 20 years without any problems. When replacing the check valve and oil pan on his rental car, the old check valve was open. The rubber stopper is gone. It is believed that his system is connected to a septic tank, so the check valve is very important. I will never buy anything else again.
