Let's get straight to what people have been complaining about. (1) The wire is not strong enough. The wire can hold my jacket even if I toss the hanger up and down. FYI: Jackets and other heavy clothing items should be on wooden or plastic hangers if you don't mind your clothes. (2) These hangers are just the right size. They are 2 inches wider compared to the 30 year old wire hangers I have! (3) Someone said that "shirts don't hang on a hanger unless they're buttoned up". GHOST! This way you don't button your shirts and don't let them wrinkle. Conclusion: If you give less than 5 stars, you will not be happy with a gift from God. However, the price is not particularly cheap. You can spend $10 on car wear to drive it and maybe find the same item cheaper.
