Love it. I've replaced peat moss with this in potted and garden plants, for succulents, annuals, and perennials. We have a lot of clay, and this works great to break it up. It's also useful immediately around trees, in the space between where you should and should not put mulch. that way there's no gap, and don't have to fill with dirt that will wash down anyway. Whether wet or dry this stays put.I was worried it would "fly away" when dried, but it didn't. Some reviewers noted it doesn't expand as rapidly as others, but the difference seemed minimal to me (10-15 minutes). Actually, this seemed to expand more and retain its shape when dry better than others anyway, which is more important.Tips: If you can't spare the extra 10-15 minutes use it to grab a beer (or tasty non-alcoholic beverage), then watch it grow while you down it. Makes gardening even more fun. Seriously though, you can just spray it dead on with a high-pressure setting on your garden hose sprayer, reduces the time. I do both, but you do you.
