I have a full case and a case for my phone. I want the device to be able to hold a thicker phone, in other words, to be able to hold a deeper phone, otherwise I have to take out the phone case every time, and it's troublesome, so it just hangs there and falls out when there is one bumpy road, something the manufacturer has to think about because many phone cases cover the whole phone
