I like that it's easy - there are no confusing choices of what program features they want me in! It doesn't allow customization too much so if something isn’t working as expected (or at all) then we have limited options with how best fix them without paying someone else more money than necessary when trying new things out can be very expensive. So far this has been great because our team members love being able customize their experiences which helps engage customers even better while creating an overall stronger customer experience throughout every channel used by Easy Loyalytics employees/customers alike!!
