I received my Blitze on 30th August 2019. I have used this flash 3 times. I am very careful with my photo equipment. I have never dropped this flash or banged it on anything and it has stopped working. No flash or fire is tested when taking a photo, and sometimes the red sensor on the front will flash and then stop randomly. Today is October 5, 2019 and since it has been 7 days since the 30 day return, I can no longer return or exchange it. I have another one from this brand that works fine and it's a lower model. I'm disappointed that my product didn't last more than 3 times and for the amount of money I paid for it. I was looking forward to buying more and expanding my setup but if it doesn't get fixed I will be using a different brand.
