It was supposed to be a birthday present, instead we got an old, dirty and used backpack with another kid's name clearly written on it. However, the zipper is rubbish and appears to have been sent back in the first place. A name was also clearly written on the lunch bag. A plus? Also included was a bottle of dirty water. Awkward. Of course, you probably won't get this fake-name backpack like I did, but the quality leaves a lot to be desired.
