Review on 🎧 SEYOO White Earbud Earphones, Size Large 13 | Model: XBW-15CUN by Cyrus Wright

Update to review below - after some persuasion CrazyonDigital has been shipping the correct item for 2 days now. The item was in much better condition and looked really new. The product is well designed with cutouts for easy access to the charging port and stylus slot. There are also cutouts for the camera and microphone. The case is overall very clear, but NOT made of genuine leather. A VERY strong chemical was found upon unpacking the product as the product was made of faux leather (see explanation below). Overall I give the product three stars, if it was really real leather it would get five. I'm giving an overall rating of 2 stars due to the issues I faced getting the right product. The first review follows: Despite ordering a case for a Note 2014, I received a case (of the same brand) for a Kindle Fire HDX 9.8 in the mail. The box the item was shipped in was in TERRIBLE condition with stickers, tape, tears, dirt and glue residue all over the box. At the time of writing this review I have not received a response to my email complaint and they are not responding to their customer service number posted on their website. Also, this product is NOT made of real leather either. It's made from what's known as "PU leather,” a thin leather base coated in textured polyurethane. PU leather will deteriorate and crack over time, unlike real leather which improves over time. It's worth noting that claiming that faux leather is 'real leather' is illegal in several countries.
