Didn't work - Air conditioners

I've read the instructions tens of millions of times. It didn't work because it was bigger as it had a large water and ice tank and didn't do anything when you turned it on and it kept saying no water when it had water in it. Very frustrating and annoying. We returned it. I had high hopes for him.
