A big fan of these compression shirts. I was a big guy at 340lbs wearing 3X shirts. I am currently 242 pounds and wear a size XL. I'm 5ft 10" so that might help with sizing. This means I have some loose skin and needed something to shape and hold things in place. My recommendation for people in my particular situation: I would order one size smaller to ensure a good fit. For people who are already comfortable with their body shape and size, I would recommend ordering the size you normally wear. I have ordered many tank compression shirts, short and long sleeve winter shirts. I have to say that I was completely satisfied with the TSLA brand! Worth every penny once you find the right size for you!
