These therapy balls come in a nice cotton pouch and are the perfect size for training large muscle groups. The bag is a little small, so it's difficult to replace them in the bag after they're taken out and used, but it's still nice. You can use these therapy balls in the dual-use bag or take them out and use them individually. I recently had a bad back spasm and these things worked like a charm to relieve the spasm without bruising. I would recommend using them on a soft surface like a sofa, bed or rug. If you put direct pressure on those lying on the floor, they can be a bit painful - not in a therapeutic sense, but in the form of pain like "Oops"! I highly recommend these therapeutics. They're just the perfect combination of toughness and low recoil. The fact that they're made of natural rubber makes them non-slip, so they stay in place if you roll them or push them against the floor or wall. It smells slightly at first, so I also recommend letting them "air out" a bit in a drafty room. It only took me half a day to get rid of the smell and I have a very sensitive sense of smell. Excellent work! A quality product that I will be using for myself and my family/friends for a long time to come.
