I received my order about 3 working days after ordering and found the packaging excellent - packed in a sturdy hinged box (suitable as a gift) in a padded envelope - well protected. The necklace exceeded expectations - I thought it was a very small heart, but it is about 1 inch wide at its widest point and quite beautiful. The back is made of silver filigree and can be worn on both sides! I've worn it to work twice and gotten compliments each time. I bought this piece for myself because it looked beautiful to me - I wear nothing but a wedding ring and a religious medal in the form of jewelry. The only change I would make is the chain length as I prefer longer necklaces - but that's just personal preference and an easy fix. Meets and exceeds my expectations! A wonderful thing.
