Excellent Customer Service and Constantly Developing

The customer service is excellent - they are constantly responding to questions or concerns you have about their product! It's easy enough that I can use it myself if needed but also has some great features like integration into social media platforms (such as Facebook) so we're able get our membership info out there without having people go through yet another website/app etc.. We don't love all of everything in CW just now- still working things though!! But overall this software does what its intended purpose was designed too i think-- keeping track online memberships & allowing us access via an app which allows them easier interaction when attending events vs needing constant reminders from email updates.- notifications sent directly by phone calls instead.
